OTHER HOUSEHOLD CONSUMPTION LOAN (PENSION LOAN)
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
◙ SSS/GSIS/other pensioners (retirees and dependents) covered by a pension program and receiving a pension from the SSS/GSIS/other pensions.
◙ DCDB SSS pensioners
INTEREST RATE COMPUTATION
◙ Principal and interest are amortized monthly via deduction from SSS/GSIS/other pension.
FEES
◙ Service Charge – 2%
◙ Minimum Notarial Fee – P 100.00
◙ Insurance premium varies depending on the amount of the loan availed and the term of the loan.

LOAN LIMIT
◙ The loan limit shall be set at sixty percent (60%) of monthly pension multiplied by the term of the loan in
months. For the 71 – 80 year old age bracket, the maximum loan limit shall be P50,000.00.
LOAN CLASSIFICATIONS
INCENTIVES
Existing DCDB pension loan borrowers who bring in applicants to avail of the loan will be given a referral fee of P500.00 for each applicant regardless of the amount availed.
DCDB employees who bring in an applicant for the pensioner loan will be entitled for a P500.00 referral fee regardless of the amount availed.
